A recent Facebook conversation on church signs inspired this post.
This is the sign at my last church, Grace Lutheran Church in Conroe. The highway used to be 70MPH. Now it’s 55. Still, the sign was small, so first we put in the 30-foot cross behind it. That totally put us on the map. Then we worked on a new sign.
Then we had a new sign designed according to what the county would allow.
Once installed it looked like this.

Cool–i do not think I have ever seen an album of church signs–Interesting to collect those I would think to see what about them would make one read them.
