Roy Oswald, founder of the Alban Institute is conducting an EQ-HR workshop at Camp Allen in Navasota, TX January 12-16, 2015.
This training will raise the inter-personal, intra-group skills of church professionals. Clergy who are unable to make meaningful connections with their congregation will normally find themselves in conflict much of the time.
They are also sponsoring a workshop in Delray Beach, Florida, February 2-6, related to the ELCA Head of Staff event there the week before (now called “Leading Well”).

Michael, Roy Oswald’s retreats and the weekend consultation event he held with us at Advent, Charlotte were critical for my ministry over the years. I’m glad to see he’s still leading workshops and supporting pastors in their ministries for his insights are invaluable. By the way, I think it was Lauren Meade who founded of the Alban Institute. Roy was one of the first consultants. Roy is the ‘guru’ of leadership development from my own personal experience.
