I can understand your concern for Palestinian victims, but it is because Hamas deliberately places its terrorist weapons in the midst of the population, and has built a network of tunnels to advance their war of aggression that has caused this violence to intensify. Hamas started this conflict, not Israel, and Hamas is brutal, ruthless, and murderous. If we followed your logic, there would have been no reaction to Pearl Harbor, and England, after being bombed by Germany, would have never bombed Berlin. You cannot have it both ways….if a nation is being attacked, it must defend itself or succumb to defeat. The head of Hamas was videotaped saying “Israel must be destroyed, but first it must be humiliated and degraded before the world.” I suppose you might have many tears for the casualties of Hamas, but none to spare for Jewish men, women and children.
I have years for the 3 Israeli civilians that have been killed, and the over 1,000 Palestinian civilians that have been killed. I think assuming the Israeli government has done no wrong is facile.
I do not assume the Israeli government has done no wrong, but in all wars throughout the bloody history of all nations, there are civilian casualties. Until The Lord returns, man will spend more time at war than at peace. The causes are always the same; land, resources, nationalism, power, expansion, colonialism, greed……what can we say more? But the reality is that often one side is the aggressor…..one country invades another….another responds…..bloodshed, tears, misery results. I will end my comments here. We need to pray for peace and reason to prevail.

I am so flabbergasted that some people only see Israeli violence and ignore Hamas violence.
